RAIDs by Brand
At RaidWeb, we know there are many companies that sell data storage products. However, there aren't many that are storage companies. RaidWeb is a storage specific company specializing in RAID storage & NAS storage, which allows us to focus on one thing—matching customers with the data storage product that best fits their needs, as opposed to fitting them with the most expensive solutions. We feel our knowledge, customer service and technical support is unmatched. Please feel free to contact one of our customer support services to discuss any storage needs you may have.
For faster support, please have the model, serial number, & detailed description of your RAID unit's support issue ready when contacting us.

RAID Storage FAQ
Trouble shoot for solutions faster using this FAQ guide designed to help you easily address the most common RAID storage issues. Top three questions include:
- I have a very large Volume (>16TB) on my iSCSI raid but cannot access it..
Check your Storage Provisioning, on Very Large Volumes you need to have 4k bytes/sector instead of the default of 512.
- My RAID display shows a ROM error.
Most ROM errors are caused by firmware corruption. Replacing or updating firmware should solve the problem. Many ROM errors are a result of power glitches, so be sure to always connect your RAID to a UPS.
- I have a RAID Volume greater than 2TB, but my operating system only recognizes 2Tb of total storage in the array.
Modern operating systems can recognize volumes greater than 2TB, but the volume needs to be accessed in GPT (Guid Partition Table) Mode. Linux and Mac OS do this easily, but in windows select Convert to GPT disk to access your entire RAID Volume.
